Program Description:
The Autumn in London Program allows students to explore Europe, while also earning credits towards their J.D. degree. The curriculum includes U.S. law courses to keep students on track with bar preparation, but also offers courses specialized for study in England. There is also a required course comparing the legal systems in both the U.S. and the U.K.

Eligibility

Students from law schools other than Stetson are welcome. Only a limited number of students may enroll in the program. To be eligible for admission, students must have completed at least one year at an ABA-accredited law school. Students will be admitted in order of  receipt of your application -- we strongly advise students interested in the program to enroll as soon as possible. Acceptance of transfer credit is subject to determination by the student's home school. Students should check carefully with their home school for rules regarding the transfer of credit. Satisfaction of law school residency requirements must be confirmed with the student's home institution. The program is limited to 40 students.

Foreign Law Students are Also Welcome to Participate

Law students from foreign law schools are also eligible and invited to enroll in the program. We anticipate that around 10 foreign law students may participate in the program. It is anticipated that these students will be from China.
